Made with Semola Rimacinata flour and water and extruded with solid bronze dies for a superior texture  

NOODS

These noodles are made in the early morning, given some time to dry to enhance texture, and delivered to your doorstep the same evening. 

​

Semola Rimacinata flour, an Italian double ground durum wheat flour, and water make up the ingredients, and it is extruded through bronze dies. Why? Because bronze dies roughen the surface of noodles and makes them more porous, meaning more starch can come out of the pasta when cooked. That extra starch helps bind the sauce to the pasta. This is why it's important to reserve some pasta water to add when you combine the pasta and sauce!

​Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days after receiving, and then place them in the freezer (or you can put them immediately in the freezer for backups and it will be just as good)!
