My name is Elizabeth Nguyen, but my mom calls me 'Miss Pasta'. It's safe to say that noodles of all kinds are my favorite foods. I am appreciative of all its shapes, sizes, and textures. I am thankful for how it brings so much comfort. I am inspired by how it is a perfect and simple canvas that allows for endless interpretation. And I am grateful for all of the times I have been able to show and receive love over a heaping plate of pasta. 

 

My mom taught me that showing you love someone doesn't always have to be verbal. Send Noods was born from this belief that love is just as loudly and clearly shown through the food that you cook and share. From this, it has grown into the desire to spark creativity in the kitchen. Selfishly, it brings me immense joy to see or imagine how it arrives at your dining table (although I hope it brings you joy, too).

A portion of each sale will be donated to Food Not Bombs Raleigh, a movement that provides vegan/vegetarian food and other essential items to those in need. It is my hope that together we can extend our care and show support to our large and vibrant community.
